I got to see and hear (and meet!) Mike Huckabee in person this morning. I was already inclined to support him, but was nevertheless very impressed with what I heard. He is eloquent, intelligent, informed, compassionate, firm and witty. He seems to really grasp the heart of the issues with thoughtfulness and answers accordingly, not simply giving a stump speech.
I'm hoping that Iowans will rally behind him come January 3.

I still haven't met Gov. Huckabee, but I'm behind him, too. I hope to be meeting him on Saturday when he's back up here in NH.
