Publishers frequently offer quality titles for free, for a limited time, to gain exposure. So, the contents change daily. You'll find a lot of junk. And, you'll find a lot of "volume 1" of a series offered, meant to get you hooked.
Nevertheless, I've found a lot of great books to read now or file away for later.
